Tennis Clinic with BNP Paribas Team Young Talents × Justine Henin
During the tournament week, junior players from the BNP Paribas Team Young Talents programme in Japan attended an exclusive tennis clinic led by Justin Henin, the tournament ambassador. The session was co facilitated by Justine and Daisuke Arai, Wheelchair Tennis professional – a BNP Paribas athlete employee.
The participants received individualized instruction on the fundamentals of serve and stroke technique, with a focus on efficient body movement mechanics. The program also featured match‑play drills, enabling the juniors to apply what they had learned in a competitive setting. She shared mental‑coaching tips on focus, confidence and handling pressure, while Daisuke offered a unique perspective drawn from his wheelchair tennis experience—insights rarely available in ordinary training sessions.
