The Business Administration Department is responsible for creating a “foundation for continuing to create value into the future” and to continue to develop it. Formulation of a management plan for the establishment of a corporate governance system, organizational design, and growth, and the achievement of the plan. Support and communication of the value created to all stakeholders inside and outside the company and contribute to the enhancement of corporate value and trust. In this position, which is mainly responsible for public relations activities, you will be responsible for communication that contributes to the achievement of the company’s strategic goals. Assist in the practical implementation of activities and have a strong sense of responsibility and flexible thinking in conveying necessary information correctly and in a timely manner. It is expected that they will carry out their duties. In addition, by steadily accumulating such experience, we will create value for the company. I expect you to acquire the ability to judge the best option for this purpose and to grow as a public relations person.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
* Operational support for information disclosure under the jurisdiction of the Business Administration Department
* Support for progress management of publications such as disclosure magazines
* Website/Intranet Updates
* Support for public relations activities to improve awareness of the Company and its business and brand
* – Media monitoring, etc. Media relations support
* Support for the operation of online/offline meetings
* Execution of administrative work related to public relations work
* Promotion of CSR Initiatives
* Operations related to governance operations and their support
Business Knowledge
* Basic knowledge and experience in general corporate public relations
* Press Relations, Press Releases, Social Media, Advertising
* Employee Communication
* CSR, Sustainability
* Branding
* Crisis Management Public Relations
Technical Experience / Competencies
* Japanese writing, editing, PPT and other materials (it is even better if you can create materials in English)
* Experience in creative production, event management support, etc.

Specific Qualifications
* Work experience in a corporate public relations department or public relations agency (about 2-3 years)
* Business-level English proficiency (e.g., daily e-mail exchange with HO, RO, and group)

* Japanese – Native Level
* English – From Beginner Level
